The structure and working principle of chaff crushing machine.

1. The machine is composed of upper shell, lower shell, discharge port, feeding hopper, angle steel frame, hammer, cutter and so on. .
by the size of the sieve hole, and different sieves can be replaced.
2. When cutting grass alone, the screen can be pulled out.

 Installation and commissioning

1. The machine should be installed on a flat and firm place when it is working.
2. Equip and install the motor according to the requirements.
3. Before installing the belt, check whether the rotation direction of the index power is consistent with the cutting direction of the hay cutter, and confirm that it is correct
Then adjust the installation belt, and make the belt tight enough.
4. The adjustment of each part is normal. After confirming that there is no error, turn on the power for trial operation, and check whether there is any fastener connection in each part.
Loose, whether there is any abnormal sound in each rotating part.
