Installation Instructions

 Advantages of extruded animal feed

1. It is convenient for feeding and management. The extruded feed can be suspended on the water surface (or water) for a long period of time. There is no need to set up a special feeding platform, and only need to feed at fixed points.

2. Prevent feed waste
The extruded feed has good stability in water and is insoluble for 2 hours (some as long as 10 hours), which can avoid the loss of nutrients in the water and the feed sinking into the mud. The remaining bait is also easy to pick up and dry in the sun, reducing feed waste.

3. Reduce water pollution
  Extruded feed does not dissolve or sink in water, so it can avoid the use of feed residues in water for fermentation, reduce the oxygen consumption of organic matter in water, and thus effectively reduce environmental water quality to cause pollution.

4. High feed utilization rate
High temperature treatment can be carried out during puffing to make starch gelatinization and fat formation stable, thereby continuously improving the utilization rate of the main nutritional components. At the same time, these puffing technology processes also destroy harmful chemicals such as antitrypsin and anti-nutritional risk factors in soybean meal , thus effectively improving the palatability and digestibility of raw materials for enterprises, so the utilization rate of China's aquatic extruded feed is higher than that of powder and pellets.

5. Feed storage length
The extruding treatment makes the aquatic extruded feed have low water content, high particle hardness, and low crushing rate. Most microorganisms, fungi and insects are killed during the extruding process, so the extruded feed has a long storage period and is easy to store and transport.

6. Prevent disease
The feed is treated with high temperature instantaneously after puffing, which can effectively kill bacteria such as Escherichia coli and Salmonella, and these puffed feeds have strong water (oil) absorption, which is convenient for the addition of disease prevention and treat

Step:
1. Mix the raw materials, stir evenly, and then pour into the silo.

2. Turn on the cutter switch, adjust the cutter speed, adjust the distance between the cutter and the mold, and control the particle size.

3 Turn on the host switch (green start button), confirm that the motor is selected correctly, turn on the feed switch, and adjust the feed speed. Obtain final product granules.
