The peanut shelling machine consists of a frame, a fan, a rotor, a single-phase motor, a screen (two types of size), a hopper, a vibrating screen, a V-belt pulley and its transmission V-belt, etc.

After the machine is in normal operation, the peanuts are put into the hopper quantitatively, evenly and continuously, and the peanut shells are broken under the repeated impact, friction and collision of the rotor.

Peanut grains and broken peanut shells pass through a sieve with a certain aperture under the rotating wind pressure and impact of the rotor (the first threshing of peanuts uses a large-pore sieve, and the cleaned small peels are replaced with a small-pore sieve for the second threshing).
