Installation Instructions

working principle

The front part of the machine manually feeds the fixed bin. When the bale is so large that the fixed bin and the movable bin reach a certain degree of density,
The idle roller above the movable chamber and the signal wheel on the left will rotate evenly, and the operator will move the winding clutch handle,
The machine starts to reciprocate the rope for bundling, wraps the rope for a circle, the rope is automatically cut off, and immediately opens the warehouse to release the bundle.
The bale falls directly onto the rotating frame of the wrapper,
Pull out the film by hand, start the rotation button, and the rotation frame drives the bale to rotate,
The operator should press the film to the bale synchronously and quickly, and make a revolution with the bale,
Then let go immediately, the pasture film is gradually wrapped around the bale layer by layer,
The bale revolves with the rotating frame, when the coating reaches the set number of layers, the clutch is automatically disengaged,
When the rotating frame stops, the operator cuts off the pasture film between the bale and the film delivery frame, and presses the broken end of the pasture film into the overlapping part of the end surface of the bale.
Use one person to move the coated bales into the trolley, push them away and place them neatly.
