Instructions for use:
 

1. Before starting the machine, prepare 16 square copper wire to connect the main power supply, check whether the spiral hoist and fan are rotating forward, add lubricating oil in advance, and do maintenance.
 

2. After starting the machine, it should be idling, start the equipment first and then add materials, and it cannot be stopped before the spiral grain is discharged.It takes about 2 hours to 5 hours to dry grain in a batch. The higher the moisture, the longer the drying time.

 

3. The temperature entering the granary is 30ºC-120ºC, and the temperature of the grain entering the granary is 30ºC-40ºC. The fan damper can be used to adjust the temperature.
 

4. Before drying the grain, it is necessary to remove impurities, and foreign objects cannot be stored inside the granary.
 

5. The electric control cabinet cannot be flooded, and there is an automatic control system.
