Introduction of paper core pipe tube cutting machine:

The paper tube cutting machine can be used for slitting the paper tube of paper rolls, double-sided tape, transparent tape, calligraphy and painting, tea cans etc, and can be cut into different lengths according to your requierement. The machine adopts a microcomputer to set the length, and the cutting length is accurate; the touch screen is convenient to adjust the data.

The paper tube cutting is performed by a tungsten steel round blade. The machine adopts a dedicated operating system, which makes the operation easier.
 

The three-axis cutting method is adopted to reduce labor intensity and improve production efficiency. The three shafts have three functions respectively, an upper pipe shaft, a pipe cutting shaft, and a pipe unloading shaft.
 

Such reciprocating operation reduces downtime, improves efficiency and reduces the workload of operators to wear pipes. The operator only needs to transport the paper tube to the paper tube blanking rack of the machine.
 

After unloading the pipe, the conveyor belt sends it away. It has an interface for assembly line docking with other post-processing or packaging equipment, which can greatly reduce labor, reduce production costs, and improve competitiveness.
 

High machining accuracy, the length error of the finished paper tube can be controlled within plus or minus 0.01 mm.
