CNC Hot coil spring machine is a kind of mechanical equipment specially used for producing hot coil spring. It heats the metal material to a certain temperature and uses mechanical force to roll the material into a spring shape.

1. Two sets of servo motors control the coiling and pitch of the spring respectively; 2. G code programming, the control form is more flexible, the program can be stored, the production process can be controlled by programming, and the coiling speed is adjustable 3. The spiral angle of the end ring and the pitch of the middle part can be flexibly controlled to control the height of the spring. No manual intervention is required after the coiling is completed 4. The reducer uses a planetary reducer dedicated to the servo, with large torque, high transmission efficiency, no oiling, and lifetime maintenance-free; 5. Automatically pull the core shaft to withdraw the spring, and the coiling process is automatic 6. No human intervention is required at the beginning and end, and it can be directly quenched; 7. The equipment uses a fully automatic oil pump to regularly complete the oiling and lubrication of the track and the screw
