The automatic wheat noodle mill can be called (wheat and corn flour processing equipment). It can be used for grain grinding such as rice and beans. It has the advantages of complete functions, low noise, no dust, high degree of automation, convenient installation and low production cost.

Machine description:

This machine is equipped with fan, air closure, Shakron lifting and unloading device, which can realize full air transport and automatic cycle processing. The whole machine has the advantages of stable performance, reliable and easy operation.
 

 

Machine description:

Large sieving area and good heat dissipation can further increase the output, can effectively shorten the grinding time of materials, maintain the inherent characteristics of flour, and are easy to operate and maintain, and feed evenly. The whole machine runs smoothly, adopts fan to convey, automatically lifts grain and skin, saves manpower, and further improves efficiency.

Raw grain moisture is controlled within 20%.
Operation process: first turn on the fan and then turn on the processing equipment (mill). After the mill and the fan are all started, the material box will be unloaded again, and then the grinding gate will be operated in the order of closing the grinding gate when there is material in the grinding head silo.
When shutting down, the mill should be turned off first, and then the fan should be turned off.
During the milling process, it should be divided into several times, and the rolling distance should be adjusted three to four times to achieve the flour extraction rate.
Raw grain should be small for flow control, and wheat bran should be large. The flow can be adjusted by adjusting the gap between the flow plate and the feeding roller. The flow can be adjusted by turning the handwheel screw.
