1. The machine's throttle has a protective cover, and the clutch also has a protective cover, providing better protection for the machine.

The biggest advantage of using a clutch is that it doesn't lose power. The diesel engine has a power output of 12/15hp, and the clutch connects to the engine, which operates at 12/15hp. The clutch connects to the blade shaft; the higher the power, the higher the speed, and the better the blade cutting effect.

However, some manufacturers use tension pulleys. First, the belt will lose power when compressed, resulting in poor blade shredding. Second, the belt is prone to slippage. However, because pulleys are very inexpensive, many manufacturers choose them. But we pursue better machine performance, so we use a clutch, which costs ten times more.

1. The lawnmower has a voltage display on the side of the tail section. It serves two purposes:

First, if the screen displays below 24V, it means the battery voltage is too low, making it difficult to start the engine. It needs to be charged immediately.

Second, once the engine starts, if the screen displays 28V or higher, it means the alternator is generating power. If the voltage is below 28V, such as 25V, 26V, or 27V, it indicates insufficient alternator power. Check if the alternator belt is loose or slipping. If it's not loose, use an ammeter to measure the output voltage.

Installation Instructions

Preparation before operation

1: Change the engine oil (our factory added test oil, you can replace it to CE level and above include CE oil). The engine oil must be changed after 20 h             ours of first time use, and the oil filter element must be cleaned at the same time!                      
2: The air filter must be filled with oil, and the air filter cotton must be cleaned regularly. The oil inside and the oil inside must be replaced. When reminding customers, only add oil to the air filter (to half of the bottom hole), and the filter cotton inside does not need to be soaked in oil as before.
3: The machine cannot run at low speed when working, and must be in the WORK position (when adjusting the throttle cable, put the throttle handle to the bottom, and the machine throttle needs to be at the bottom and upward a little bit)
4: If the blade is damaged, it must be replaced in time! Rope-like debris on the knife shaft must be cleaned in time!
5: The machine must be charged when it is not used for a long time

Operation process

1. Turn on the power switch on the machine
2. Put the clutch in the off position and the throttle in the start position
3. Press the                                                                 pressure reducing va                    lve with one hand
4. At   the same time, turn the start key with the other hand for 2-3 seconds
5. Release the pressure reducing valve, release the key, and start the diesel engine
6. After the machine is working, immediately put the clutch in the on position and the throttle in the work position
7. When stopping, put the throttle in the stop position and the clutch in the off position

Post-operation maintenance

1. Turn off the power: After completing the mowing operation, turn off the power switch of the lawn mower and check whether there are any abnormalities with the machine. If there is any abnormality, repair or replace parts in time.

2. Clean the machine: After use, the debris and residual grass inside the lawn mower should be cleaned promptly to maintain the normal operation of the machine and extend its service life.

3. Regular inspection: Regularly inspect and maintain the lawn mower, including battery condition, track and blade wear, etc., to ensure its normal operation and service life.
