Installation Instructions

Pellet machine instruction manual - operation steps:
 

1.Due to the long distance and bumpy logistics, after receiving the machine, first check whether the screws are loose, whether the motor and the machine head are concentric, and adjust the size of the screws according to the situation after inspection. 2.Machine wiring requirements: 125-150 uses 4 square copper wires. 210-260 use 10 square copper wires. 300-400 use 16 square copper wires. The wiring distance is 10 meters. If it exceeds 15 meters, a larger wire number is required.

1. Correct use of gear oil:

1.The quality of hyperbolic gear oil directly affects the life of the gear. If the gear oil is not good or the viscosity is too high, no oil film can be formed between the tooth surfaces, and the wear will increase during use. Knife-like, high temperature inside the gear.

2.Gear oil plays the role of lubrication, cooling, rust prevention and buffering.
3.Please give priority to the hyperbolic heavy-duty high-temperature-resistant gear oil for heavy vehicles produced by regular manufacturers, model 85W-90 or 85W-95. Please refer to the refueling label on the machine for the specific amount to add.          (Please follow the normal use method of gear oil, otherwise the damage will not be guaranteed)

1. Before using the new machine for the first time, take 10 catties of grass powder or sawdust and 2 catties of waste engine oil and mix well, and run the machine repeatedly for 30 minutes before using it normally. (Running-in method: After the grinding-in material is ready, use a wrench to tighten the screws on both sides when starting the machine. (When adjusting the screws on both sides, adjust them in a balanced manner. For example, press one circle on the left and one circle on the right) When the pressure rollers on both sides rotate normally, Put the grinding material one by one, observe whether there are particles, and then adjust the tightness of the pressure roller screw.)
2. Raw material moisture requirements and usage method: dry raw materials need to add about 8%-15% moisture. (For example, 100 catties of feed material needs to be added with 8% water, which means that 100 catties of feed material should be added with 8 catties of water.) The specific adjustment is based on the dry humidity of the raw materials.
3. Precautions for machine shutdown: After shutdown, if you need to use it again every few days, take 4 catties of feed and add 1.5 catties of cooking oil, mix well, put it into the machine and squeeze. Useful for the next boot. Avoid feed drying in the die holes after downtime. After processing, loosen the adjusting screw so that the pressure roller is in a free state. Clean up the remaining material in the silo.
4. The wearing parts of the machine, missing items of the motor, the damage caused by the reverse rotation of the gears due to improper operation, and man-made damage are not covered by the warranty. Note: If the particles appear broken or loose, the crude fiber feed formula should be reduced to less than 50%. If there is no discharge during granulation, the template should be removed, and after opening holes one by one, add some fiber feed appropriately to restart the machine for granulation.

Remark: In the early stage of machine use, it is recommended to put more high-fiber raw materials, such as: grass powder, crushed straw, etc.!
